Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms and Conditions") govern the use of accommodation services provided by SC GLAM ACCOMMODATION IASI SRL, a company registered at the Trade Register with number J22/1633/2018, having CUI RO39512499 and headquartered in Iasi, at the address Mun. Iași, Strada Voinești, No. 46H, Et. 2, App. 14, Iași County. These Terms and Conditions apply to both individuals and legal entities using our services.

2.1. Reservations can be made both by sending the reservation request through the websitewww.cazareglamapartmets.ro or by other means of communication such as phone calls to the numbers available on the website, by email or the Whatsapp application.

Pricing Information
3.1. The prices for our accommodation services are expressed in the national currency, RON, and are displayed on a nightly basis.
3.2. Rates may change at any time, but these changes will not affect already confirmed bookings. Fare reductions may or may not affect confirmed bookings. The introduction or increase of taxes and duties (including VAT and hotel tax) may lead to the adjustment of both rates and already confirmed bookings.

Payment of the Reservation
4.1. Prices for the rental of our accommodation units are available in real time on the platform used by the customer, varying according to location, duration and availability. All prices shown are final and are updated daily.
4.2. Payments for booking confirmation are made online, following the steps specific to the platform used. Payments are processed online using debit or credit cards. Service invoices are issued by Glam Apartments and can be requested by customers as per their requirements.
4.3. Bookings are considered confirmed and guaranteed only after confirmation of payment by Glam Apartments.
4.4. If the payment is not made according to the terms mentioned above, the reservation request will be canceled automatically.

Cancellation Policy
5.1. Glam Apartments has a strict refund policy, which applies to services paid for by customers, either directly or indirectly.
This policy applies as follows:
If the customer's reservation is canceled within 24 hours of the request and there are at least 7 days until the arrival date, Glam Apartments will refund the amount paid in full.
If the customer's reservation is canceled less than 7 days after the date of arrival, regardless of the date of request, Glam Apartments will not refund the amount paid.
5.2. If you wish to change the date or details of your booking within 7 days prior to your arrival date, you will be charged the full cost of your booking or advance payment. The date of arrival and departure cannot be changed, and the reserved nights cannot be transferred to another period.
5.3. If you do not show up at the property by 22:00 on the day of check-in, we will charge you the full cost of the reservation.
5.4. The advance paid is not refundable.
5.5. No-shows or no-shows constitute confirmation of the booking and no refunds will be made for pre-paid nights. Also, the remaining nights cannot be transferred to another period.

Arrival and Departure (Check-in and Check-out)
6.1. The accommodation (check-in) of customers is possible between 14:00 and 22:00, and the release of the properties must be carried out before 11:00.
6.2. Check-in after 22:00 is possible, but Glam Apartments may request an additional fee.
6.3. The client's non-appearance and not having a prior agreement with Glam Apartments, leads to the cancellation of the reservation, the client no longer has rights to the rental made, and the amount paid will not be refunded.
6.4. For legal and security reasons, it is mandatory to provide an ID on the day of arrival, prior to check-in, to confirm your identity. Valid identity documents are accepted, such as the identity card for Romanian citizens and the passport for foreign citizens.
6.5. Access to the reserved property and accommodation is carried out only with the presentation of the identity document.
